DMC 2012 (China International Exhibition on Die & Mould, Metal Processing and Forming Industry)
- DMC 2012 (China International Exhibition on Die & Mould, Metal Processing and Forming Industry) will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 31-Jun 3, 2012.
- Starting from year of 1986, Die & Mould China Show, has become a most influential global event in machine tool and die & mould sourcing. All kinds of manufacturing equipment (machining center, CNC milling machine, EDM, measuring system, etc.), tools and related material are exhibited at the same time.
- China die & mould revenue in 2009 amounted to RMB 98 billion. The exports remained at USD 1.9 billion for the year 2008 and 2009, and some products had approached or reached the international lever. After four successive years of imports above USD 2 billion, China market in 2009 again showed strong demand of import totaling USD 1.964 billion. China mold-making technology keeps developing in the aspects of precision machining and agile manufacturing, and more attention will be paid to intelligent management in the coming years of 2011 and 2012. Thanks to China domestic demand stimulus package and the cost efficiency advantage of China die & mould products, China die & mould industry is expected to grow and consequently will generate strong demand for advanced machine tools, software, system and cutting tools. Besides, with the expansion of industry chain, the demand for precision injection molding machine and CNC forging machine is also increasing year by year.
